The Granite Process
From Quarry to Your Doorstep

Our meticulous process begins with the careful extraction of granite from the quarry, followed by precision cutting and expert finishing. Every slab undergoes a rigorous quality check before being securely packed for its journey to your project, ensuring you receive only the finest natural stone.

Quarrying

The process begins at the quarry where large, raw blocks of granite are extracted from the earth. Using advanced machinery like diamond wire saws, these massive blocks are cut and carefully selected based on their quality, color consistency, and durability.

Cutting & Slicing

The raw granite blocks are transported to a processing facility where they are cut into slabs of a specific thickness (e.g., 2 cm or 3 cm). Precision machinery, such as gangsaws, is used to ensure uniform sizing and a clean cut.

Finishing & Polishing

Once cut, the granite slabs undergo surface finishing. This process can involve grinding and polishing to achieve a high-gloss shine, or other techniques to create different textures like a honed (matte), flamed (rough), or leathered finish. This step brings out the stone’s natural beauty.

Quality Control & Packing

In the final stage, each slab or tile is meticulously inspected for quality, dimensional accuracy, and consistency. After passing inspection, the finished granite is carefully packed into secure, fumigated wooden crates, ready for safe shipping to its destination.
